Due to the nature of our products being customized and made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Broken Chess Pieces will be charged at $35 for a new one. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at administrator@therileyway.com.

Shipping returns if approved by owner.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: The Riley Way, LLC. 103 Winslow Circle, Savannah GA 31407.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For all approved returned items ordered, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
